We all know that it is going tough to survive or live happily without double income sources. But in many countries where jobs are not plenty and not secure at all. It is for most of us is one income, forced to adjust to living more than 3 people are general scenario.
A business or organisations expect an employee who put his 100% effort, focus, mind to provide the best service or solutions. In this scenario, it is hardly possible to work only 8 or 9 hours a day to provide the same level of quality services. Most of the days end after 12 to 16 hours of hard work.
Question is who look after all the needs of that employee including his family well being. The answer is simple his or her spouse. So the wages or so-called CTC or salary paid by an organisation is not a mere salary for one. It is actually divided into two parts. Then the end salary for each comes a very low and mere lowest possible for their effort and skill to make sure to provide always high-quality services to business.
Many families have two or so-called double income via couple working and earn two wages. Those family who look after the family and children? definitely by a third person who has been hired to look after the whole family or part of the family well being.
Many of them shared their time and effort as well. One part goes to the organisation for which they are employed and get wages. Rest part of the time and effort goes for their family obviously. The easiest way to survive.
In this scenario is it possible to give whole effort and single-minded service to business or organisation they are working for and taking salary with an oath, signed agreement that they will not take any other service or work except for that organisation? definitely, he is not giving his 100% effort or single mind to the job for sure. Or not putting the time it need to actual top-level service require.
But the answer is simple. Employee not taking any money for his extra service, effort or work which he is doing for his family. So not breaking the rules or agreement.
Truth is not easy or same. Most of the work or service needs full dedication, hours or planning, study, thinking, well sleeping and rest, out of any chaos and conflicts and many more demands. When a person is deeply involved in each and every family work and chaos sharing. For him not possible anyway to put his 100% focused on his job.
So what is the solution? This is we need to think together. When a woman or a few times a man working for home or family without wages is certainly not the desired option. She is actually sharing the wages of her spouse getting for his 100% devotion to work. She is making sure that he should not get deviate from his work, focused, high-class single-minded service to his employer.
An organization must decide whether he needs service without chaos, 100% focused and the service which is 100% for its whole business environment’s well being. Otherwise, it has to accept only the part of the focus, mind, service and quality from its employees can actually offer.
A business and workforce both need to think for overall well being. Where organisations can improve their scalability to the maximum point and can achieve the threshold of best. An employee should make sure that his mind is focused and without any chaos. He can spend quality time with his family. And can give the actual pride from his wages to her who is working without any salary. On the other hand, organisations should provide the wages and effort for his employees well being that he does not need to share his time, focus, mind and effort.
