Think Different

Now almost all PHP developer using one of the MVC Framework from many available. Though I have worked in few different frameworks including own created too. I had found so far my own created framework very helpful for its flexibility and adapting capability of third party tools. But I also found that Zend and CakePHP frameworks are best. CakePHP is more developer friendly and Zend is the more powerful for its Front Controller and extension capability. As PHP is growing very fast with many tools day by day and same time it is maturing as a fully object oriented language as Java. We surely need support from a good framework to manage complex development atmosphere.

Latest buzz "Microsoft offerers Yahoo to take over by 45 Bn Doller" Normally we the PHP and Open Source lovers are thinking about intention of Microsoft a total monopolist till now. May be to take on Googles search based advertisement through PHP and Yahoo or else. But one thing we can understand that some big player are trying to overtake the Open Source giants. Like MySql take over and now slowly but steadily towards the web king of tomorrows , PHP. Do you think will be better for PHP or not. Let us know. Regards.

I have been for more than 10 years in Programming / Software Engineering. Recent years I have been seeing that new comers into the IT (especially Software) are not worthy. But the question is why ? why most of them are incapable to compete even average standard to comply? I have found some of the reasons, since I have been working with them for some years. Main causes : 1. Not even touch average level of IQ. What is must for the industry to implement solution of a normal to complex problem. 2. They are mostly from private institutes on which there are lot of complains that students use books on exam even after get the full suggestive question papers. 3. Many of them nor honest to learn neither dedicated to their work. These are the main causes we know about their failure. But I am not telling that there are no exception or I am trying to hurt anybody. Good news for all education aspirants. MIT ( Massachusetts Institute of Technology) introducing Distance Education mode course ware. IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) is the pioneer in this field. But definitely student / aspirant will be more interested to carry on their value education without leaving job or any other difficulties. Obviously MIT' s course will much more expensive than our IGNOU 's. I am an ex-student of IGNOU though felt some communication problem with the IGNOU offices and they were not very helpful. 30 years ago Dr. E.F.Codd has though a revolutionary idea on how to store the data. At that time world couldn't think beyond hierarchical and networking structures to keep the data and manage the data. He was the first to think beyond this and invent the Relational Data Base Management theory. He wrote in a IBM journal in 1968/1969 his revolutionary rdbms rules. But unfortunately then IBM couldn't understood it's wild appeal in Information world. Took this idea by some one else and set up world biggest DBMS company and 2nd largest in software industry - ORACLE. An idea can change everything but we too need to understand, that some thinker think beyond their time. And I think imagination is the first step towards a revolutionary idea.

But I think most valuable tool for Project Management is the ethics to handle and motivate team members in a positive attitude manner. A team member can too negative attitude that he/she can even leave the job or even leave the technology he/she is working at all. So first thing should put the positive attitude on team member that they have potential in the job and they have a bright carer in which they are doing. Beside everyday teach them or at least make their habit to learn new things continuously. I always make a person surrounding me not only a team member to boost their mind power so that they can think positive.
