Many time recruiters ask me why I have left some organizations in very less time.
If I tell the truth then those organizations will be in great trouble to get future employees for them for sure.
Yes, many employees left the organizations because of their managers. Another reason that companies need people who buttering the higher authority, not the people who actually solve the problem. Many companies never appreciate their work neither give their proper respect for their contributions.
Many times I have help companies to survive on their project or to keep client by high-level solutions. But later someone from their dearest got the appreciation for which I have done. Not only that, but many time also gots disrespect and false allegations to hide the appreciation.
Many person have the knowledge, intelligence and diligence to work wonder for any companies. They neither need Titanic nor lifeguard to survive. Because they are a good swimmer.
Another suggestion for companies. There are some higher quality and intelligent people are there outside of so-called big companies or elite institutions. If you don’t know then you are in dark age. Come out.
They might not go to elite institutions due to any reason including economic. Or could not join to so-called big organizations as they got rejected due to companies hate to take students from some universities.
Which they do not even know that university is much superior and tremendous tough to pass out even. Besides these paper setters are all from so-called elite institutions itself.
Actually those students are much superior to many. They know how to fight and win for any kind of situation. If you don’t know how to select people then leave your job and take the lessons for the future.
Organizations now must think about the people who actually billable and earn for them. Not those people who are totally bluff and live like a parasite on these diligent employees and throw them out when their work completed.
